Business Entities Licensure

These instructions are provided to assist you in completing and submitting your application for Business Entity authorization.

The Board offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, and therefore does not issue refunds once monies have been submitted to the agency.  Beginning July 1, 2026, Wyoming Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors (Board) credit card transactions will be charged a 2.4% processing fee on the total purchase.  This fee is to offset credit card processing costs and applies to all applications and renewals.  The change moves the Board into compliance with W.S. 9-4-217(h) and requires that any fees assessed for processing a payment under this subsection shall be borne by the person tendering the payment.
